St. Regis
One of the newest contracts for Nagelbush Mechanical, is the St. Regis Bal Harbor Resort & Residences. The hotel is being built on the site of the Sheraton Bal Harbor hotel, facing the pristine, white sand beach of the Atlantic Ocean directly across from the legendary Bal Harbour Shops.
When complete, the project will include mirror-image residence towers with just five residences per floor and ultra-luxurious St. Regis condo-hotel.
Miami Intermodal Center at Miami International Airport
Nagelbush Mechanical is proud to serve as the contractort for the completion of the Miami Intermodal Center at Miami International Airport. Designed by H.K.S. Architects and built by Turner Construction, the project is a 3.9 million sf, four- story consolidated rental car facility.
Marquis
Nagelbush Mechanical is the plumbing contractor fot the Marquis, a 1.2 million sf, 395 unit, 68-story condo/hotel complex. The project is designed by Architectionica and the
General Contractor is KM Plaza Construction.
